Make those final summer nights something special!

As Summer draws to a close here in Sydney the weather is still warm and the nights mostly balmy, so why not make these final summer nights memorable by entertaining some special friends, favourite family members, or even a lady or three from Sydney Escorts!! And while doing so we’d like to suggest adding a few signature cocktails to the mix of drinks on offer… so instead of just the usual beer and wine to choose from your chosen guests will be spoilt with the creative selection of cocktails that you have suddenly mastered! Making cocktails can be really fun and a very sophisticated way of entertaining in your home… and it is easier than most people realise. For added encouragement the ladies from Sydney Escorts have shared their favorite cocktail recipes… you will be a master of mixology in no time with help of this list The bonus result from this extra effort is that a summer evening that includes cocktails will almost certainly turn an ordinary average night, into an extraordinary and very memorable night… they tend to bring out the naughty in almost everybody!!!

Klaudia is an Aussie girl with a love of all things Mexican, so it is no wonder her signature cocktail recipe is the Margarita…. The key to making a great Margarita is using a good quality Tequila…. Klaudia recommends using Jose Curve silver…..

Klaudia’s Margarita (makes 1)

½ lime
45ml Tequila
30ml Cointreau (triple sec)
45ml fresh lime juice
Salt
Large red chillie to garnish
Step 1 Wet the rim of the glass with a piece of lime, then dip into salt to give a salt rim around the top.
Step 2 Fill a cocktail Shaker 2/3 full of ice, then add the alcohol and lime juice and then strain all into the prepared glass.
Step 3 Slice chillie finely and place as garnish on top of your perfect Margarita!
Breanna’s cocktail is reminiscent of the old school charm and sophistication that she so loves…. Bree, just like James Bond, prefers her martini shaken and not stirred…… When it comes to making a magnificent Martini it is all about the glass as any expert barman will tell you… if it isn’t in a Martini glass you cant call it a martini! When Bree is entertaining she likes to make 6 at time, as whatever the number required, you can always pop the rest in the fridge until needed.

Breanna’s Magnificent Martini

375ml Grey Goose Vodka
125ml Dry Vermouth
6 Sicilian Green Olives
6 Martini glasses chilled
Step 1 Place ½ cup of ice into a chilled shaker, add the Vodka and shake vigorously for 1 minute.
Step 2 Pour 1 tablespoon of Dry Vermouth into 1 chilled martini glass. Swirl the Vermouth around the glass to coat the side. Place 1 olive in the glass. Repeat with the remaining Vermouth and olives into each glass.
Step 3 Strain the Grey Goose Vodka into the glasses and serve.
